We grow as much as we can ourselves—always organically—and carefully source everything else from trusted organic suppliers.

Growing up, most of what I ate came from boxes, cans, or the freezer, and I was sick often as a child. When I became a mom, I cooked the same way I had been taught—until I realized my son had food sensitivities. Fresh food quickly became a necessity. With a limited budget, we started our own garden, and soon it became a family project. The kids learned about companion planting, pollination, and the simple joy of pulling fresh vegetables from the soil. Over time, we added chickens, rabbits, and a new reputation in the neighborhood as “the city farmers.”

Our love for fresh living continued to grow. My daughter began crafting sauces and teas, while I experimented with making our own seasonings. Together, we even started creating organic lotions, salves, tinctures, and sprays. Friends and neighbors became our willing taste-testers, encouraging us to share our small-batch creations with the world.

That’s how Bum B’s Kitchen was born: with a mission to make real, honest food accessible. We never use fillers, MSG, soy, or preservatives, and most of our items are gluten- and dairy-free—just wholesome, handcrafted blends made with care.

At Bum B’s Kitchen, we care about what goes into your food—and what happens after. That’s why we use reusable, airtight containers designed to last and be refilled again and again. When you run low on your favorite seasonings, mixes, or dips, you can simply order a refill pack instead of another jar.

We believe the best way to reduce waste is to create packaging people actually want to reuse—beautiful, functional containers that stay in your kitchen, not the landfill. Every refill helps keep our planet (and your pantry) a little cleaner.
